Humanity Protocol is an identity protocol which creates a proof of human-ness, which can be used to demonstrate that an individual is a human being instead of potentially a robot. They do this through a camera-based photo of a palm, which is required to be unique. Multiple individuals have reported that the Humanity Protocol Discord was posting malicious links, and one user reported having their wallet drained as a result of interacting with these links. The project has yet to acknowledge the breach or publish any assistance for affected users. The individual responsible for the hack has reportedly gone on to also breach another project called IO.net.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9]
