The NFT can be "opened" in the future to unlock the underlying assets, and this is permanent and irreversible, decreasing the remaining bottles in the collection. On October 22nd, 2024, their CryptoCuvee contract was exploited for $31k via a vulnerability which allowed an attacker to purchase all Cryptobottles and instantly extract their contents. The project suspended the contract, provided high level details, and vowed to continue.
