"SO WHY CANT I GET MY FUNDS AND I HAVE MY SEED phrase. The first thing i did was BACK it up in a metal wallet. and no one has seen it. When it goes on a brand new ellipal or put my phrase in my ledger it does not show my xrp. But I’m have the ELLIPAL app on my ipad Pro and it has my blue cold wallet there , not watcH wallet. If you could hel;p me gert it back i would be most generous. It’s been there over a year and it all began from a titan i bought that lost its ability to charge only 12 week after purchase. After no help at all from ellipal i bought new charger that didn’t work. So i bought a new ellipal titan that also wont work. But my ipad still has the app with cold wallet blue. Please help"

I kept getting suggestions how to fix it but the battery kept getting lower and lower until I got a new charger but that did not fix the charging issue so i bought a brand new titan. "I threw the titan in the garbage because it wouldn’t sign transactions." "My xrp has been he jacked by ELLIPAL. I have cold wallet app and brand new ELLIPAL titan wont sign assets out. "I definitely put my mnemonic seed into a metal storage wallet and buried it. The only thing is i added a 13th word passprase and although i know the word and numbers , i have about six different ways i write it as i use it for some of my emails and stuff but i have put the mnemonic seed phrase in and the 13th word passphrase in every combination there is and it just keeps coming up as a wallet with no funds. The only things that say my funds are triggered and untouched is the cold wallet that’s installed on my iPad Pro and the watch wallet on a different device. I hope my writing is understandable. Reddit user SUPERVILLAN1974 was a user of the Ellipal hardware wallet. They report to have lost access to their funds, which were protected by a seed phrase and a pass phrase. While they have tried all the possible combinations, their wallet repeatedly show up empty. When first publicly mentioned in Febaruayr 2022, the value of the funds was $13k. It is not believed that they have managed to regain access to the funds.
